For larger collections, we'll pack up your assets, transport them directly to our facility, process the collection and return the assets when complete.

Storing and archiving your files properly can be a daunting task. Storage falls into two broad categories - physical and digital.
Media Vault We provide secure, climate-controlled access for physical media of all types. Assets are bar-coded and tracked with a computerized inventory system that allows for instant access to your media. Temperature and humidity are controlled to provide the proper storage environment for physical media.
File Storage and Backup Good archival practice dictates that you store multiple copies of your media files in multiple locations. We offer backup and storage of your media files utilizing a combination of physical storage (LTO data tape and hard drive) and cloud-based storage to provide the ultimate in file protection.
While Scene Savers approaches every project from an archival perspective, we also offer optional disposal of media at the conclusion of an asset’s life cycle.
